I maintain a small studio of private students for those seeking a personalized curriculum and a true working relationship with a world-class expert teacher.
These aren’t ‘guitar lessons,’ it’s musical mentorship a la Yoda and Luke, Mr. Miyagi and Daniel-san. Bold claim, I know, but most of my private students have been with me between 5 and 10 years for a reason; they never stop growing, and expanding their musical horizons and abilities
Private mentorship is for serious students of music who want depth, structure, accountability, and a clear long-term trajectory; we build musicianship that holds up over decades.
Private mentorship inquiries are reviewed by application (below). If your goals and level of commitment align, you’ll be invited to a brief Zoom chat to explore whether mentorship is a good mutual fit. Not all applications result in a call.
Private mentorship is offered on a monthly basis at $750 per month. Availability is limited.
