Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your application for private mentorship with Apollorado Incorporated, a Colorado corporation doing business as Sträusbaügh Guitar & Music Academy (“SGMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an application or using this site, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
SGMA provides private, one-on-one music mentorship and educational content focused on guitar, music theory, and musicianship. Mentorship is offered on an application basis; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Application Process
Applications submitted through this site are reviewed individually. We aim to respond within 24 hours of submission, though response times may occasionally vary. Acceptance into the mentorship program is at our sole discretion.
Payment & Billing
Mentorship is billed either monthly or quarterly (every three months), depending on the arrangement selected at enrollment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your specific billing cadence and amount will be confirmed with you directly before your first session.
Cancellations & Refunds
To discontinue mentorship, we require 30 days’ written notice (email is sufficient) before your next billing date. This allows us to responsibly manage our limited mentorship availability.
For quarterly billing, no refunds are issued for the current quarter once payment has been processed. To avoid renewing into the next quarter, notice must be given at least 30 days before your next quarterly billing date.
For monthly billing, no refunds are issued for the current month once payment has been processed. To avoid being billed for the following month, notice must be given at least 30 days before your next billing date.
Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, videos, and content provided as part of your mentorship are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, or shared without our written permission.
No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to providing high-quality instruction, we make no guarantee of specific musical outcomes, skill acquisition timelines, or results, as these depend significantly on individual effort and practice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGMA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in mentorship services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
